I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with perfect Wi-Fi connection. The service was excellent with helpful tours and ticket assistance. The location, while not right in the center, was very convenient being close to Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall. The dining options were ideal for buying food for cooking, and the pad thai was delicious. The facilities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big, clean, and stylish, offering great tabletop space. The TV even had Netflix, providing entertainment options. The only downside was that it felt a bit far to walk from one end to the other, but being close to Kyoto Station was very convenient. I loved the free matcha latte they offered, but I would have preferred it to be closer to Gion. Overall, a great experience!
